Endearing Hospitality Consulting specializes in Restaurant Consulting including front of house operations, financial management, and staff training. My early experience in the industry was acquired over 10 years of working in different types of restaurants in different positions including service, management, and bookkeeping. The knowledge I gained ultimately led me to restaurant ownership where for 10 more years I used those skills and implemented standards required for industry success. Those standards are providing consistent food, service, and guest retention. My dedication to those standards and hands on approach led to increased sales on average of 10% per year.

After 20 years in the restaurant industry, I decided to alter direction. Now, I want to share my passion by helping others succeed. I also offer assistance to business startups and companies needing a business and management consultant.
