This is a completely customized consultation service meant to improve an existing business or assist with a start-up.  Specializing in but not limited to the hospitality industry including, restaurants, bars and cafes of all sizes.  Our services and knowledge can benefit many different business operations that want to improve customer service, employee relations, and financial knowledge.  

My mission is to provide business owners with knowledge and standards that clearly demonstrates the integrity of their product leading to business growth.  Distinguishing them as industry leaders and professionals.

Owner Endearing Hospitality

This is one of four companies I have owned and operated.  The first was my restaurant for 10 years Montana Steak House in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.  Although, I had gained plenty of experience in the industry there is nothing that can prepare you for your first business.  With the restaurant business being one the most difficult to survive in let alone make money, I wore many hats from the start.  General Manager, bookkeeper, marketing manager, public relations manager, and staff trainer.  Physically being involved in your business is one of the best things you can do to ensure success.  After you have systems in place you can train your best employees to take on duties that you can oversee and assist them with, with ease.

My second company does work with government grants.  I am the Chief Finanacial Officer to a professional development grant that oversees 1.4 million dollars.  We are expanding into other grants as well.

My third company is exactly where you are Endearing Hospitality.  A consulting business I have created to assist business owners that want to understand all aspects of their business with a hands on approach.  I want to put my passion for the hospitality industry to work for others.

Finally, and simultaneously I started Endearing Lifestyle to show off the fun side being a business woman, and lifestyle enthusiast.  I think it is important to be well rounded, find what makes you happy, ways to express yourself!
